Botanica Landscape, Inc. was created in 1993 by Dona Rawson.  Dona has been creating gardens of beauty and inspiration for over 25 years.  She is a native Californian who grew up in the San Fernando Valley.  Coming from a long line of master gardeners, she cannot remember a time in her life that she was not enthralled with plants and the outdoors.

Dona brings an art background together with extensive construction knowledge and communication skills to fulfill the dreams of every client.  She helps her clients by creating landscapes that are customized for their own lifestyles and needs.  Her extensive landscape knowledge and implementation compliment the quality of her client’s homes and personalities.

Dona holds a certificate in Ornamental Horticulture as well as having studied with UCLA Extension’s Landscape Architecture program.  She remains committed to her professional integrity by constantly furthering her education and also by maintaining a membership with the APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers).  She is a licensed General and Landscape contractor in the state of California with an impeccable record. Dona considers her social and environmental conscience as important and sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations as well.

Most importantly, Dona considers each client a friend and her employees are family. We consider it an honor to work within the personal spaces of our clients homes.
